About the Founder

Built by someone who understands

both the tech and the grind.

I spent 20+ years as a systems engineer and solutions architect — building firmware, robotics, and AI systems for Fortune 500 companies and Industrial-grade applications.

A few years ago, I designed a similar AI receptionist for medical clinics. It worked — but hit a wall with healthcare compliance and CRM access. That's when I realised the fitness

industry has the same front-desk problems, without the same regulatory roadblocks.

Now I'm building the AI receptionist I wish existed when I ran my own small business:

How much does it cost?

Founding Studios get early-access pricing that will be significantly lower than our standard rates. We'll share full pricing details when we speak — there's no obligation to proceed

Will it intergrate with my booking system (Mindbody etc.)?

Yes. We're building integrations with the most common studio management platforms. Mindbody it complete. During onboarding, we'll confirm compatibility with your setup.

What if the AI gets something wrong or someone has a complex question?

Synthella is designed to handle routine enquiries. For anything outside its scope, it can escalate to you via SMS, email or phone — or let the visitor know a team member will follow up.

Will this replace my staff

Synthella was originally designed to cover the gaps — early mornings, late nights, class times, or when staff call in sick, and can be used for outside

staffing hours, as backup or whenever you need a break.

What about privicy and data security

All data is encrypted, stored securely, and never sold. We follow Australian privacy requirements and can share our data handling policy if you'd like to review it.
